SHIPPING:

We are now currently shipping via FedEx Home Delivery Ground. The listed price of the candle includes shipping. On purchases of two or more candles, we will be proactive in rebating you the difference between single package shipments provided that they are sent as a single shipment.

FedEx Home Delivery service includes Declared Value insurance for up to $100.00 for your protection at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

All shippments are FOB origin, therefore, should the product arrive damaged due to carrier abuse, you are responsible to file a claim with FedEx, but please be in contact with us so we may be of assistance!

We also cannot accept responsibility for transit times once in the possesion of FedEx, but tracking number(s) are forwarded to you.

We no longer use UPS, charges are exorbitant and "Fragile" is not in their vocabulary. 

PAYMENT METHODS:

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Google Checkout, PayPal, Electronic Bank Transfers, Money Orders and Personal Checks.  Should you desire the money order/check option, please email us and we will provide you with our complete address. Once the money order/check clears the banking process, we will ship the product and advise you that it is on the way with your tracking number. Also, please be advised that although your Mastercard, Visa, PayPal/Google checkout purchase(s) may appear on your account the day after you buy, it usually takes 3 business days for your payment to clear into our account before we will ship product.

PRODUCT PACKAGING:

All our products are bubble wrapped and/or tissue/newspaper wrapped and are packaged above shipping carrier standards,. Our return label will be on the packaging.  Candle burning instructions and safety precautions are enclosed so be on the lookout for them when you unpack.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the products (at your cost) along with the reason of return and we will offer an exchange (S&H additional) within 10 days of purchase. (This offer does not apply to candles that have been burned unless the candle was defective)
