I have been creating customized gel candles for well over 6 years. I became bored with the same o' same o' mass produced candles and I realized that I did not want the same candle that everyone else has.

About Gel Candles:

Dreamscapes Gel Candles are unique custom designs that stay intact forever. We call them an 'Everlasting Candle' which has an inner glass tea light holder so the design features of the candle do not burn. This is a feature in most our candles.

All of our solid gel candles are made from high density gel and we only use zinc wicks. We stringently control our melting temperature during the manufacturing process. Glassware is rated for high temperature.

Non "everlasting candle" gel candles burn very slowly providing excellent value for the money versus paraffin or soy. Also, did you know that gel candles produce no soot and they burn two to three times longer than paraffin or soy with more luminecense?

Gel Candle Safety and Basic Tips:

Please observe the following:

Gel candles are safe when standard candle safety precautions are observed.

Once you receive your Dreamscapes Gel Candle let the candle(s) stand on a level surface for 24 hours to allow the gel to even out in case it has slightly shifted during shipping.

Your solid gel candle will arrive with the wick properly trimmed to the proper height if it is not an "Everlasting Candle." By keeping the wick trimmed to 1/4" this will permit your candle to burn cleaner and longer.

Discontinue use of the candle once a 1" layer of gel wax remains on the bottom of the solid candles. This is for safety purposes as it helps prevent any cracking of the glass container.

Never attempt to move any candle immediately after extinguishing as it may be hot causing a burn from the melted medium. ALWAYS allow the candle to cool completely prior to moving it.
